Sarah Rose is an advocacy and campaign expert who works to support organisations to define their impact, measure and learn. Her work is values-based and focuses on monitoring and evaluation, organisational development and leadership. Sarah has a long history of working on rights based approaches. She was Head of Impact Accountability and Learning at Save the Children and Head of Evidence and Strategic Learning at Oxfam. She works as a freelancer and brings a wealth of experience engaging with civil society, international NGOs, the private sector, and the media. She is a current board member of CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation.
